My original delivery date was today (8/27). I was never notified by email or phone the night before regarding the 3 hour delivery window. After numerous attempts to work through your automated phone system, I was able to speak with a customer service rep. She informed me that the truck had broken down and they would not be able to deliver until 8/28. Per her, she rescheduled and I'm supposed to receive a call back from your rescheduling department with a delivery time for tomorrow.
So far, NO CALL!
Using Pods was the easiest part of our move! Very smooth and professional!

Pod did not arrive on time(1 day late) and did not give me a three hour window. Just a text that the driver was 20 min away. Absolutely unacceptable. Driver spilled hydraulic fluid all over my new concrete drive way, damaging/staining the concrete. Incident report has been submitted but no email give back to me. As well I requested weight tickets multiple times and the company never weighed the pod. They went back later and picked it up again to weigh it, but then never emailed me with the weight ticket. BS. Absolute BS.

Terrible. I would never recommend pods to anyone. No only is the costumer service terrible, but I wasted hours to try to speak to someone and have been over charged twice. I will never waste my time or money with a company like this again. I am still waiting to get a refund and for my pod to arrive so more to come.
PODS made our move so easy and convenient. This was definitely the way to move.
We had the best experience for our move from Maine to Florida. There were several contacts with PODS during the process. We first spoke to a customer representative who was polite, efficient and very friendly to talk with. Then there was the delivery of the container, the pick up of the container, the transportation of the container, the redelivery of the container to our new home and then the final pickup. All stages of the moving process went smoothly. I can't express how happy I am with the service I received from PODS. I give them my highest recommendation!
I used pods as a storage and moving service and I was extremely pleased with my experience. If I ever have to, I will use them again without any hesitation. They worked with me and my apartment complex when I was placing my items in the pod. They held it in storage for almost a year. When I had to move to another city due to covid, they helped me get my pod delivered to the new location. The did a wonderful job with contactless delivery and pick up.
It’s 6 pm the night before my scheduled delivery and I still have no idea what time my pod will be delivered. No email or call.
I have used PODS for years and been very satisfied. In the process, I’ve paid them thousands and thousands of dollars. Now in the time of Covid when things go wrong, their customer service has turned rude and unresponsive. Truly the worst experience that can be imagined. Their true colors are coming out in this time of hardship for so many. The ways in which we respond to others in difficult times is the definition of our humanity and, in this case, corporate “heart”. PODS DOESN’t EXHIBIT HUMANITY, HEART OR INTEGRITY DESPITE AND IN SPITE OF THE “GOOD WORKS” THEY ADVERTISE - THAT, AFTER ALL, IS A WRITE OFF FOR THEM.
Really poor customer service with scheduling the pickup and delivery - almost impossible to get a hold of someone and when I did they were robotic... not helpful at all in our situation.
I will not recommend PODS to a friend or family member for a move.

I don’t know how many times I called these people but it was a lot, and it was all because my timeline was changing by just a few days on both sides of my two separate deliveries and every time everyone was so polite and helpful. Delivery drivers were great, respectful of the properties. I would highly recommend. I only have one caveat, we are not at our new house yet so we will see how well the drivers were going down 95 from VA to FL haha.
